The first phase of the judgment is described in Daniel 7,9.10:XNUMX-XNUMX: Books are opened and a study is made and a decision is made as to which of the earth's inhabitants who have already died and who are still alive should receive eternal life. The second phase begins with the return of the Messiah and the taking home of the believers.
The second phase
"And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed upon them...they came to life, and reigned with Christ the 1000 years...they shall be priests of God and of Christ." (Revelation 20,4.6:XNUMX)

The martyrs once cried out: "How long, O Lord, you holy and true one, do you not judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" (Revelation 6,10:20,4). Now they themselves take their places in the judgment seats (Revelation 3:16,10.21) and pass judgment on Satan and all his followers. Meanwhile, like the Old Testament goat Azazel in the desert, he strays on the devastated earth (Leviticus XNUMX:XNUMX).
Finally ask all the questions
The millennium is a time when all the why questions can finally be asked and answered. Every believer receives insight into the cosmic books as a judge. In the end, all judges will be convinced of the boundless love and justice of God.
The second return
At his first return, the Messiah will not set foot on the earth. He comes on a cloud to take his followers to the heavenly sanctuary, to the mansions he has prepared for them. Only after the millennium will he finally return to this earth with his followers: “And his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives in that day … and the Mount of Olives will be divided in the middle east and west into a very large valley, and half of the mountain will retreat to the north, and half to the south... Then the LORD my God will come, and all the holy ones with you!" (Zechariah 14,4.5:21,2) "And I, John, saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, descending from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband." (Revelation XNUMX:XNUMX)
The second resurrection
“But the rest of the dead did not come to life again until the 1000 years were completed… When the 1000 years were completed, Satan will be released from his prison, and he will go out to deceive the nations that are at the four ends of the living on the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together for battle, whose number is like the sand of the sea." The third phase
“And I saw a great white throne... And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged according to their works, according to what was written in the books. And the sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and hell gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged each one according to his works.
